Happy Valentine's Day

Hey,

Happy valentine's day.

Im super glad that we made it today.

The year 2023 has been quite slow.

I was reflecting back sometime ago, when my brother had a relapsed. He was rushed to the hospital and it was discovered tht he had diabetes.

I was devastated. I wondered how did it happen?

My parents were never diabetes? My brother was a slim guy, so he was not overweight or obesed. He was quite active too.

I was quite worried.

It happened that he had Type 2 diabetes, a lifestyle related disease.

He struggled with this chronic diseases for years.

I loved my brother. But eventually, I lost him to diabetes complications.

I was left alone to take care of my old aged mother.

Today, am wondering do you know the state of your health?

Have you gone for a check up with your health care practitioner?

As the whole world is celebrating valentine's day of love, remember that your health is very important in the scheme of things.

Dont forget to go visit your health care practitioner for a check up. try and plan for it.

Cheers
